Hydraulic Design
FULLSTERKUR have over 25 years of experience in the design and manufacture of bespoke hydraulic systems. We use the latest 2D and 3D CAD design software to bring your concepts and ideas to fruition. We will work with you collaboratively to produce a detailed design from your initial specifications and requirements.
Detailed schematics with full BOMs can be produced to provide the template design for the physical arrangement. The latest electrohydraulic controls can also be utilised to provide system integration with your PLC control systems.
Mechanical Design
Using our 3D CAD capability, FULLSTERKUR can design and manufacture a myriad of mechanical assemblies including the modelling of parts and assemblies; detailed engineering with drawings BOMs; FEA analysis of structures and assemblies; and motion simulations.
Presentations and Documentation
FULLSTERKUR uses cutting-edge software to develop and produce stunning product visualisations and presentations including photorealistic renderings. We also create Operating and Maintenance manuals and have detailed knowledge of CE and UKCA marking requirements.
Hydraulic Systems
Hydraulic Power Units (also known as HPU or Power Pack) are an integral part of any hydraulic system. Following on from the schematic design, FULLSTERKUR will use the latest 3D CAD software to design the perfect arrangement to fit your needs. We will design to all applicable current standards such as BS EN ISO 4413 to ensure compliance with established best practices.
Test Rigs
With our experience in Test Rig design, FULLSTERKUR can help you fulfil whatever testing requirements you may have. This includes pressure testing, flushing and component testing
Manifold Blocks
Manifold blocks are often used to provide a compact and serviceable solution to many hydraulic systems. FULLSTERKUR have extensive experience in the design of manifold blocks using a variety of valve types such as surface mount subplate/CETOP valves, screw-in cartridge valves and ISO 7368 slip-in cartridge valves, along with proportional control and safety valves.
From small single-valve blocks to multiple large manifolds with hundreds of valves, we can design the perfect solution to fit your needs.
Pipework Installations
FULLSTERKUR has wide-ranging experience in the manufacture and installation of hydraulic pipework using the latest OEM systems such as PARKER EO2 and EO2-FORM, Danfoss Power Solutions (formally EATON Walterscheid) WALFORM and SWAGELOK Twin Ferrule.
We also follow all current design standards and specifications such as all BS EN ISO 8434 fittings (compression, 37° flare, face seal fittings, BSP 60° cone), ISO 6162 SAE flange fittings, DIN 7631 ANSI B16.89 / BS 1640-3 But-weld fittings, ANSI B16.11 / BS 3799 Socket weld fittings and SAE J514 JIC fittings.
Actuators
We can also offer hydraulic actuator design and specification, whether this is the linear type (cylinder or ram) or rotary type actuator. The application speeds and forces are considered to design the perfect solution working alongside market-leading manufacturers and OEMs.
